I’ve always believed that listening comes first
Before anything can change, people need to feel understood.
That belief has shaped the way I’ve worked for years, and it now sits at the heart of Willow & Home.
I’m not here to tell you how your home should look. I’m here to listen, understand what life feels like for you, and help create a home that supports you better.
Home is where we should be able to be ourselves
I created Willow & Home because I don’t believe clutter is ever just about clutter. It’s often a reflection of everything else life is asking us to carry.
When life becomes busy, overwhelming or simply takes an unexpected turn, our homes can begin to reflect that.
Clutter builds, spaces stop working for us, and the very place that should feel like a sanctuary can start to feel heavy instead.
I believe there is no judgement in that. Life happens to all of us.
That’s why I do what I do.
Not because I believe in perfection, but because I believe our homes should support us through every season of life.
For 28 years, my work was always about people
Before starting Willow & Home, I spent 28 years at Coutts, building trusted relationships and helping people navigate different stages of their lives.
I learnt the value of trust, discretion and genuine connection. I came to understand how different circumstances, priorities and challenges shape the way we live.
Those years taught me to listen deeply, ask the right questions and offer thoughtful solutions that made a real difference.
Today, those same qualities shape every organising session. Because creating calm isn’t just about organising a home—it’s about helping people feel supported throughout the process.
When we work together, these are the values that guide everything I do
Listening
I listen deeply to understand what matters most to you.
Trust
Your home, your story and anything you share with me will be treated with care and discretion.
Calm
I help create spaces that feel calmer, lighter and easier to live in.
Compassion
I bring kindness, patience and support without judgement.
Every Home Has a Story
No two homes or lives are the same. Each one reflects a unique mix of memories, experiences and the people who live there.
My role isn’t to change who you are. It’s to help create a home that supports the life you’re living today.
It’s seeing the shift in atmosphere
The moment someone takes a deep breath, smiles, or tells me their home finally feels like theirs again—that’s the most rewarding part of my work.
Not because everything is perfect, but because the space is supporting them once more.
